As Executive Director, Paige brings a deeply personal commitment to the intersection of faith and social justice, informed by her lived experience, community work, and nonprofit leadership. After settling in New Orleans 14 years ago, she worked across human services and education institutions, where she was introduced to anti-racism and restorative justice practices. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Nonprofit Administration, and is a proud alumna of the Greater New Orleans Foundation's 2023 Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans (EPNO) cohort. As a board member of PFLAG New Orleans, she has helped support, educate, and advocate for LGBTQ+ communities, emphasizing patience, inclusion, and continuous growth.

Terrance is a finance and operations professional with over 10 years of experience across nonprofit, education, communications, and banking. He earned a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of New Orleans, and is the Founder and CEO of Taylor Glenn Consulting, where he supports nonprofits, schools, and startups on finance, accounting, and strategic planning. A native New Orleanian, Terrance is passionate about protecting the city's culture and uplifting its residents, reflected in his service to Sankofa Community Development Corporation and Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans.

Sydney is a New Orleans-based marketing and communications strategist whose career has been rooted in one consistent thread: helping mission-driven organizations connect with the communities they serve. With nearly a decade of experience across nonprofit, civic, and venture sectors, she brings a rare combination of creative direction, digital fluency, and deep commitment to equity and storytelling. She has led campaigns for statewide education initiatives, co-produced large-scale civic events, shaped press narratives for emerging organizations, and grown audiences for causes that matter. As a longtime Executive Board Member of PFLAG New Orleans, she brings both professional expertise and lived investment in the work of inclusion, belonging, and justice. Sydney partners with the Center as a consultant, supporting its digital presence, communications strategy, and public narrative.
