The St. Charles Center for Faith + Action creates spaces for people of all faiths and philosophies to learn, unlearn, and act, building a community grounded in equity, empathy, and the long arc of justice.

The St. Charles Center is a gathering place and incubator for people of faith and conscience, engaging individuals and communities in action that creates a more just and equitable Greater New Orleans and world beyond.
We believe all faiths and philosophies share a calling to seek justice and compassion. So we create brave spaces to learn, unlearn, and act together.
Faith narratives shape the world. We help shape them for good.
Misinterpretations of faith that promote polarizing, inequitable ideologies contribute to systemic harm towards marginalized communities. The Center exists to reclaim and redirect the moral imagination of faith communities, toward love, dignity, and repair.
We equip people of faith and conscience to question, grow, and act, leaving a legacy of compassion and courage for generations to come.
